We are a small UK hand-poured candle, wax melt and car diffuser business based in Romford, Essex. This page explains where we ship, what delivery costs and how quickly your order goes out.

Delivery charges

  • UK delivery is £3.95, and free on orders over £40.
  • Free local delivery within 10 miles of Romford, Essex — enter your postcode at checkout and the discount is applied automatically.
  • Europe delivery is £9.95.
  • The rest of the world is £14.95.
  • All prices are in pounds sterling. EUR and USD amounts shown at checkout are a guide only — your card provider sets the final exchange rate.

Dispatch times

  • Every piece is hand-poured in small batches, so please allow a few working days for dispatch.
  • You will get a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way, and a second email with your receipt once payment is confirmed.
  • Bespoke and made-to-order items (such as baby shower and wedding favours) take longer — we agree the timing with you by email before we start.

Monthly melt box

Monthly melt boxes are packed and sent out each month like any other order. Boxes already paid for are always made and sent, even if you pause or cancel your subscription afterwards.

Damaged or missing parcels

  • If a parcel arrives damaged, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund the item.
  • If your parcel has not arrived when you expected, email orders@somuchscents.co.uk with your order number and we will track it down with the carrier.

Delivery address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Members can save a delivery address on their account page, which is used for future orders. If an order goes to the address you gave us and cannot be delivered, we may need to charge again for re-sending it.
